Climate Training Co. at Foodprint

As a complement to their food waste minimisation mission, the Foodprint team wanted to get their team to dive more into understanding climate change and impactful action. They hosted their first staff climate action workshop with us in May, 2023, onsite in Auckland.

Why did they choose Climate Training Co.’s workshop?

  • Interactive team building game

Our workshops bring people together through an interactive game-like format that encourages people to creatively arrive at solutions to the climate crisis together. These activities require collective problem solving and fosters confidence with climate-related conversation.

  • Builds climate knowledge

The Climate Fresk format is science-based and built from the IPCC reports, completed by over 1,000,000 global participants. As the gold standard for climate education, it focuses on the fundamental science behind climate change and encouraging systems-thinking.

  • Inspires and empowers teams

Understanding the why and the root causes helps teams take action. The workshops provide the foundations for long-term positive change and deeper conversations on sustainability strategies at work.

“The Climate Training Co. Workshop was a great blend of education, inspiration, and team building. The engaging facilitators guided us through the games, making technical, science-based facts accessible and understandable.

I would definitely recommend the Workshop for any team, no matter what stage of the climate change journey you’re on!”
